The founder of Impressionist Homes, Daniel P. Fowler, is an attorney who left a career as a corporate lawyer at Winston & Strawn to pursue his dream of building well-appointed homes on Chicago 's near north side. Currently, he serves as CEO of Connaught Real Estate Finance, a company he helped create to meet the mezzanine financing needs of the small to mid-sized land developer and homebuilder, and is a partner in Near North National Title, a national real estate title company, that handles over $4 billon in real estate transactions annually. Dan received a BS in finance, with honors, from Indiana University , and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Law School . Dan and his family live in Lincoln Park.

Mr. Krueger is responsible for the day to day management of the company's field and business operations including the acquisition and development of residential, commercial and land opportunities, as well as the execution of Impressionist Development's strategic vision.

Previously, Mr. Krueger was Project Manager for the Illinois Division of Pulte Homes, managing three master planned communities simultaneously. He was responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and community development for 600 homes in his 5 years with the Illinois Division. In May of 2007, Mr. Krueger was selected for Pulte's Top Gun Training program. He was one of 10 individuals selected from the Midwest, approximately 2,000 employees, to train in core disciplines of leadership.

Mr. Krueger graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago ("HBAGC") where he participates in the influential Government Affairs Committee and the Small Builders Roundtable Group.

Peter Koch joined Impressionist Homes after having spent two years working for a national homebuilder, where he had extensive training on all aspects of construction. His role with Impressionist Homes is to oversee all construction projects, which includes everything from maintaining an efficient building cycle to keeping every site safe for our partners and surrounding neighbors. He is also the primary customer relation/warranty manager. Peter grew up in Westlake, Ohio.
