Daniel P. Fowler

The founder of Impressionist Homes, Daniel P. Fowler, is an attorney who left a career as a corporate lawyer at Winston & Strawn to pursue his dream of building well-appointed homes on Chicago 's near north side. Currently, he serves as CEO of Connaught Real Estate Finance, a company he helped create to meet the mezzanine financing needs of the small to mid-sized land developer and homebuilder, and is a partner in Near North National Title, a national real estate title company, that handles over $4 billon in real estate transactions annually. Dan received a BS in finance, with honors, from Indiana University , and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Law School . Dan and his family live in Lincoln Park .

Robert E. Krueger

Robert is a recent addition to the Impressionist Homes team. He comes to Impressionist Homes with five years experience with a national homebuilder and a lifetime of construction experience as a son of a developer. His professional experience began as a field supervisor after which he was quickly promoted to project manager. He typically managed three developments at a time numbering 600 homes in total. As the Vice President of Impressionist Homes he oversees all field and business operations as well as future residential, commercial, and land opportunities. He is a long suffering Notre Dame fan and graduate.

Carrie Hughes

Carrie Hughes brings to Impressionist Homes a unique combination of technical knowledge and aesthetic acumen. As Project Manager, she works with our buyers to select custom finishes, from kitchen and bath fixtures to paint and flooring. A practical knowledge of construction informs Carrie's ability to advise buyers in choosing the finishes that will make their purchase feel like home. The end product is superior quality at a reasonable value that is the signature of an Impressionist Home. A graduate of Miami of Ohio, Carrie comes to the development field from a career in consulting at Accenture.

Kevin Allen

Kevin Allen works on-site at our Impressionist Homes' projects as Project Manager. In this role, Kevin oversees all aspects of construction from rough construction to trim. He has had four years of experience in various fields of carpentry including custom cabinetry, building commercial and photography sets, and condo and home construction. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys playing guitar and socializing with friends.

Daniela Dolak

In the position of Construction Coordinator, Daniela Dolak supports the construction managers with all administrative aspects of getting our homes built from acquiring land building permits to ordering selections for buyers. A “Jane” of all trades, Daniela has taught English in Japan, worked for a non-profit study abroad organization, and learned to cook in various kitchens around Chicago. She enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and watching movies in her off time.

Peter Koch

Peter joins Impressionist Homes after having spent the past two years working for a national homebuilder. In his role, Peter oversees all aspects of construction as well as being as our primary customer relation/warranty manager. Peter is a graduate of John Carroll University where he enjoyed a Division III final four run as the team captain of their basketball team. Peter grew up in Westlake , Ohio just outside of Cleveland . He has two older brothers and an older sister.
